With this post we continue speaking about the second edition of Demoagro Farm Fair 2015. Today, we want to talk you about the Arcusin company, that company was there to present their three baler accumulator systems: ForStack, MultiPack and AutoStack. As you know, Arcusin is a company emplaced on Lleida, where they test and sell their trailers used for piking-up hay or straw bales (their manufacturing is carried out in Zaragoza). These systems stand out due to their high technology… the trailers are completely automated (they use sensors and triggers). Therefore, these systems don’t need any decision of the driver to carry out their tasks. Thus, these baler accumulators make it possible to access more remote and complicated areas in an easy and quick way to help the tractor driver who will be centered in driving not in the bales.
As you can see in our videos, Arcusin had available several baler accumulators in its Demoagro field (all of them where rectangular… they don’t work with hay rollers). They made a demonstration for us with their trailers: ForStack and MultiPack…. We were surprised how well they work. It was the first time that we came these bales into action and we noticed that for farmers who work with many bales, is a perfect solution to save time and above all costs (oil, machinery, ...) The ForStack system can stack four large bales and Multipack system groups and ties 14 small bales, which can then be picked up by the trailer AutoStack.
Regarding the AutoStack trailer, if you could remember, we published an article about it, which you can see here. In our village, there is a trailer which picks up more than 25,000 bales per season.
